Share your idea
Send photos, links or a quick description. Rough ideas are welcome — that is what the first conversation is for.

Design & CAD preview
A designer refines the concept with you and builds a 3D CAD render so you can see proportions, stone layout and finish before anything is cast.
- 03
Approve & pay deposit
Once the render and quote look right, a deposit locks in your materials and bench time. The balance is due before shipping.
- 04
Handcrafted & shipped
Your piece is cast, set, polished and quality-checked by hand, then shipped fully insured with signature on delivery.

Custom order FAQ
How long does a custom piece take?
Design and CAD usually take 3–7 business days depending on how many revisions you want. Production then runs about 3–6 weeks — larger iced-out pieces and grillz molds can take longer. If you have a firm date, add it to your request and we will tell you up front whether it is realistic.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
We ask for a 50% deposit once you approve the CAD render and final quote. It covers metal, stones and bench time reserved for your piece, so it becomes non-refundable once production starts. Before you approve the render, you can walk away at no cost.
How many design revisions are included?
Up to three rounds of CAD revisions are included in every quote. Additional rounds or a full redesign after approval may add to the price — we will always confirm any change in writing before making it.
Can you work from a photo of another piece?
Yes — photos are a great starting point. We use them as inspiration and design an original piece around your preferences; we do not reproduce trademarked logos or another brand’s designs without permission.
Do you offer lab-grown diamonds and moissanite?
Yes. We work with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and moissanite, and we can quote more than one option so you can compare look and price side by side.
