Pay over time options may be available at checkout, letting you split eligible purchases into smaller payments.
- If an option is available for your order, you will see it listed with the other payment methods at checkout.
- Eligibility, payment schedules and any interest or fees are set by the provider and shown to you before you confirm.
- Applying may involve a credit check by the provider. Read their terms carefully before you agree.
- Returns on financed orders are refunded to the provider, which then updates your plan.
Layaway
Layaway & Deposits
For select pieces and for custom orders, we can arrange a deposit or layaway plan by request. Contact us with the piece you have in mind and we will share the terms. Items on layaway ship once fully paid.

Safe & Secure Checkout
- Checkout runs over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection.
- Card payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Some orders, especially high-value ones, may be verified before shipping to protect you from fraud. We will contact you if we need anything.
- For high-value orders, we may require the shipping address to match the billing address, and a signature on delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why was my payment declined?
The most common causes are a billing address that does not match your card, a daily spending limit, or your bank’s fraud check on a large purchase. Contact your bank to approve the charge, then try again — or contact us for help.
Can I split a payment across two cards?
Online checkout accepts one payment method per order. For larger purchases, reach out to our team and we will help you arrange it.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it. See Returns & Exchanges.
Do you accept checks, wire transfers or cash?
Online orders accept the methods listed above. For in-person purchases at our showroom or large custom orders, contact us to discuss other options.
